Moose Hide Campaign Day Community Walk
May 14 @ 1:30 pm - 4:30 pm
On May 14th, join Assiniboine College and the Brandon Urban Aboriginal Peoples’ Council for the Moose Hide Campaign Day Community Walk. The Moose Hide Campaign is an Indigenous-led grassroots movement that brings together men, boys, and all Canadians in a shared commitment to ending violence against women, children, and all those along the gender continuum.
Together, we will raise awareness, support reconciliation, and take meaningful steps toward creating communities rooted in respect, safety, and inclusion.
The walk begins at 1:30 p.m. in Princess Park and will be followed by a community BBQ. You can pick up your moose hide pin in the Cultural Centre (room 430A) at the Victoria Ave East Campus, or at the ACSA office in Crossroads.
