Under the guidance of Sherrill-Lee Hyra\, \, Health Promotion Coordinator with Prairie Mountain Health\, you’ll get hands-on experience preparing your own lunch using fresh\, wholesome ingredients. \nSit down with fellow participants to enjoy the meal you’ve created\, fostering a sense of community and shared accomplishment. Whether you’re a seasoned cook or just starting\, these sessions offer something for everyone. \nClick here (www.bit.ly/ACcooking) to register and choose from two free session options at the Victoria Avenue East campus: \n\nThursday\, February 20\, 2025 from 11:30 – 12:30\nThursday\, February 27\, 2025 from 12:30 – 1:30\n\nNote: Any Assiniboine student is welcome to register.
