Although it’s a marathon\, you can choose to run\, jog\, walk or a combination of all three. \nOther options include a satellite run of 21.1 km on September 30 in Winnipeg or a virtual participation any distance\, anywhere between September 20 – 30. \nRegistration is $40.00. DESCRIPTION:Students and staff at Victoria Avenue East are welcome to join Herb Mahood for Tai Chi in Sunshine Hallway (at the end of the 400s rooms between entrances I and J) or outdoors on the east side of building\, weather permitting. \nHerb makes the Tai Chi accessible regardless of experience level by introducing static movements one at a time and then introducing more movement and sequencing. Every session opens and closes with an eight brocades\, a gentle Qigong practice that involves intentional movement coordinated with breathing.
