DESCRIPTION:If weather permits\, join Herb Mahood outside the K doors on the first floor (between the 100s and 600s rooms) or\, if weather does not permit\, meet in “Sunshine Hallway” (between doors I & J). \nTai Chi is a moving medication practice. Herb Mahood makes it accessible to anyone\, regardless of experience level by introducing static movements one at a time and then introducing more movement and sequencing. Every session opens and closes with an eight brocades\, a gentle Qigong practice that involves intentional movement coordinated with breathing.
