DESCRIPTION:Interested in the in-person 21.1 km on September 28 from Birtle Residential School (9:00 a.m.) to Birdtail Sioux Dakota Nation followed by a community gathering/feast? Although it’s a marathon\, you can choose to run\, jog\, walk or a combination of all three. \nOther options include a satellite run of 21.1 km on September 30 in Winnipeg or a virtual participation any distance\, anywhere between September 20 – 30. \nRegistration is $40.00. We currently have sponsorship for the first 25 students who request it. \nIf you would like to participate and want it paid or if you plan on registering and want to be included in the Assiniboine team\, please contact saurettem@assiniboine.net\, subject line: Reconciliation Run.
