Herb Mahood makes it accessible to anyone\, regardless of experience level by introducing static movements one at a time and then introducing more movement and sequencing. Every session opens and closes with an eight brocades\, a gentle Qigong practice that involves intentional movement coordinated with breathing. \nWeather permitting\, we are now meeting under the tree near the entrance of the children’s playground outside entrance door 606\, (first floor\, between the 100s and 600s classrooms). If weather does not permit\, we meet just inside of that entrance.
