Rock gold\, silver\, or bronze and bring that champion energy to campus. Walk in like a winner. All. Day. Long. \nTeam Nations Tuesday – February 10\nRep where you’re from! Show off your national pride with country colours\, flag gear\, or traditional clothing. It’s your time to represent your team. \nOlympic Rings Colour Day – February 11\nPick a colour. Go all in. Choose blue\, yellow\, black\, green\, or red and coordinate with friends\, classmates\, or your department to light up the campus together. \nWinter Sports Day – February 12\nMain character energy only. Hockey jerseys\, toques\, ski goggles\, snow-pants vibes. Dress like you’re headed straight to the rink or the slopes. \nAthlete Off-Duty Day – February 13\nCompetition’s over\, time to chill! SUMMARY:Tai Chi
DESCRIPTION:Extended hours starting November 3. Two sessions 12:00 – 12:30 and 12:30 – 1:00 Join anytime during that time. \nHerb Mahood has been offering Tai Chi to Assiniboine staff and students for over five years. \nTai Chi is a moving medication practice. Herb Mahood makes it accessible to anyone\, regardless of experience level by introducing static movements one at a time and then introducing more movement and sequencing. Every session opens and closes with the eight brocades\, a gentle Qigong practice that involves intentional movement coordinated with breathing. \nWe meet in the gym on the 1st floor.

LOCATION:Weather permitting\, we are now meeting under the tree near the entrance of the children’s playground outside entrance door 606\, (first floor\, between the 100s and 600s classrooms). If it too hot in the sunshine\, we move close the the picnic table on the east side of the children’s playground. If weather does not permit\, we meet in the gym on the 1st floor.
