DESCRIPTION:Three awards are available: \n– ACCSA Student Advocate Award\n– ACCSA Diversity & Inclusion Award\n– ACCSA Commitment to Student Success Award \nThe ACCSA Student Advocate Award is given to a staff member of Assiniboine Community College who goes above and beyond when advocating for students. This award will be granted to a staff member that speaks up for student rights and guides students toward the ACCSA advocacy services in time of need. \nThe ACCSA Diversity & Inclusion Award is to recognize a staff member of Assiniboine Community College that is committed to inclusion of all students at Assiniboine. This person is someone who follows the philosophy that Diversity should be celebrated. This award will go to one Assiniboine staff member that has proven that they promote Diversity & Inclusion at Assiniboine. \nThe ACCSA Commitment to Student Success Award(s) is to recognize a staff member of Assiniboine Community College that is committed to student success\, weather that be in the classroom\, advocating for student wellbeing\, or just being someone available to students. Typically\, this award goes to three Assiniboine staff members that have proven their priority for student success. There may be up to three (3) awards presented. \nNomination Process\n__________________ \nThe deadline for all submissions shall be March 15th\, 2023 at 4PM. \n1. The nomination form shall be completed in full and submitted to the ACCSA\n2. The qualifying nominations will be presented to the SAC for a final decision\n3. A final decision will be made by March 31st\, 2023\n4. All nominees will be notified of the results by March 31st\, 2023\n5.
