DESCRIPTION:Join Assiniboine Community College as we embark on a week of reflection and truth sharing. This 5-day event will touch on important themes including the spirit and intent of treaties\, the 94 Calls to Action\, reconciliation in action\, the residential school system\, the importance of ceremony and celebration\, and much more.\nIncluded throughout the five days is are opening/closing ceremonies\, a speaker series\, conversations with Elders\, and a moment of observed silence in support of the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation.\nDetails and links to other community-wide events in support of Truth and Reconciliation week can be found at brandon.ca.
